Real Estate Manager

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides direction to assigned Real Estate associates and allied team members.
• Oversees efforts to:
 o Identify, evaluate and monitor investments across assigned Real Estate initiatives and/or sectors,
 o Gather and synthesize market data to help with investment and related decision making,
 o Develop and maintain financial models and analyses for assigned real estate classes,
 o Assist with and/or perform due diligence data gathering and analysis,
 o Prepare and utilize proposal packages for negotiations,
 o Collaborate with third parties, including brokers, bankers, joint venture partners and other stakeholders,
 o Work with property management and leasing teams to optimize cash flow.
• Effectively leads teams to accomplish market research functions.
• Ensures team members possess / develop required skills and capabilities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years’ leadership experience
