Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Manager based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management and lease administration, manage commercial and residential real estate portfolios, and ensure compliance with leases and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include developing strategies for investment opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management to oversee property operations efficiently
- Strong skills in Lease Administration, with experience handling Leases and renewals
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively, balancing onsite and remote tasks
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Hyderabad, Dubai, or UK real estate markets is a plus
