Role: Real Estate Sourcing Manager
Location: Noida
Experience: 15 years (Mandatory experience in Noida real estate sourcing)
Role Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through brokers and channel partners.
- Maintain strong CP/broker network in Noida.
- Conduct site visits and drive closures.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
- Regular follow-ups and CRM updates.
Requirements:
- Strong local market knowledge (Noida).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
