Location: Central (Mumbai)

Experience: 15 years in real estate sourcing (Central market preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through brokers & channel partners
• Build and maintain strong CP network in Central region
• Conduct site visits and drive closures
• Achieve monthly sourcing targets
• Ensure regular follow-ups & CRM updates

Requirements:

• Strong local market knowledge (Central region)
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-driven
