Your roleRole - Corporate LeasingLocations - Bangalore & MumbaiPartner with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to understand short, medium, and long-term Real Estate Lease requirements including demand management and stay vs. move decisions, and execute the category strategyShould have an experience of finalizing large and complex Real Estate Lease deal Develop sourcing strategies to shape and support commercial and operational objectives of the RE Leasing Category Closely associate with Legal Team and other functional stakeholders to finalize Lease DeedsExcellent client management skills and experience in leading projects involving a range of stakeholdersAdequate knowledge of Real Estate portfolio and market dynamics Proven, strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong executive-level communication/presentation skillsImpeccable attention to detail and excellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrategic thinker with strong implementation abilityProficient with the suite of MS Office and other computer skillsYour Profile6 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing and Procurement, Lease Deed, Vendor Management, Legal and ContractingBachelors/Master degree in a related field; relevant professional qualifications or accreditationsTransaction management, Project management, Corporate Real Estate Procurements.Willing to work as Team player with group of professional suppliers & team membersExcellent Writing, Communication and Presentation skills.What you'll love about working here
