Advise on RERA, stamp duty, registration & land laws

Work on high-value commercial and residential transactions

Were looking for:

69 years PQE in Real Estate / Property Law

Law firm background (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)

Strong drafting & negotiation skills

Karnataka real estate experience is a plus
