Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of real estate markets
- Advanced financial modeling skills specific to real estate assets
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations/Memos
- Proven track record in leading and closing investment deals (acquisitions, joint ventures, developments, dispositions)
- Strong experience in due diligence, financial underwriting, and deal structuring
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with JV partners, investors, lenders, brokers, and legal advisors
- Expertise in asset management strategy development and execution to drive portfolio performance
- Experience presenting to investment committees
- Solid capability in market research and opportunity identification
- Mentoring skills for junior team members
- Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking KPIs for real estate portfolios
