Job Overview
The Human Resource Manager will primarily be responsible for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
2. HR Operations Support
- Oversee employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance.
3. Employer Branding & Engagement
- Strengthen company presence on hiring platforms.
- Improve candidate experience and employer brand positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent hiring mandates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, and operational roles.
- Knowledge of HRMS systems and recruitment portals.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder coordination skills.
