Real Estate Hardcore Cold Tele Caller (Pre-Sales) (Hybird)

Role Objective:

To act as the high-velocity engine of the company. You will own the lead lifecycle, from the first "Hello" to the moment the customer steps onto the project site. You are responsible for cold-calling, hot-lead conversion, and administrative coordination with builder systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hybrid Lead Management: Dial and convert high-intent leads from Google/Meta Ads immediately, while maintaining a daily quota of 100120 outbound calls to cold databases.
• Rigorous Follow-Up: Execute a disciplined follow-up rhythm (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to nurture long-term prospects and ensure no lead is ever abandoned.
• System Coordination: Raise/register leads accurately on the Builders CRM portals to protect brokerage and lead ownership.
• Site Visit Logistics: Coordinate the entire site visit experience, including cab bookings, location sharing, and introducing the customer to the on-site team.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% real-time accuracy in Bitrix24 CRM, logging every call, remark, and scheduled visit.
• Pipeline Ownership: Monitor the status of every lead and provide daily reports on "Calls made vs. Visits booked."

Remuneration:

• Fixed Salary: 2,40,000 per annum.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly incentives per Conducted Site Visit + Milestone bonuses on closures.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Only.
