Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will manage property portfolios, identify investment opportunities, and provide expert consultation to clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and corporate clients. Responsibilities include assisting clients in property selection, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights to clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends, Property Regulations, and Financial Analysis related to investments
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance benchmarks
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in luxury real estate or high-end property sales is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an asset
