Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our property acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying potential real estate deals, initiating contact with sellers, and setting up meetings for our purchase team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital platforms (property portals, listings, social media) and newspapers daily to identify properties for sale
• Evaluate listings against our purchase criteria and shortlist relevant opportunities
• Reach out to property owners, brokers, or agents to gather details and express interest
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the acquisition team
• Maintain a pipeline of potential deals and provide regular updates

What We're Looking For

• Strong research and communication skills
• Comfortable making calls and initiating conversations
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with online property platforms is a plus
• Fluency in English and Kannada language
