Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Associate. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, identifying suitable real estate opportunities, and negotiating leases and agreements. The role involves managing property portfolios, coordinating property development projects, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders and providing excellent customer service will also be a key part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Transactions
Experience in handling Leases and Real Estate Development projects
Familiarity with the local real estate market, particularly in Noida
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven property solutions
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Development, or related fields
Proficiency in using real estate and property management software is a plus
