Job Summary

Full-time role in Faridabad with one day off per week. Manage property listings, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, video creation for new projects, and site visits for local commercial/residential properties. Requires minimum 2 years' experience, own vehicle, discipline, and professional attire. Include weekly/monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage property portal listings.
• Follow up on leads and drive conversions.
• Create property videos for new launches.
• Conduct site visits using your own vehicle and share local project knowledge.
• Maintain professionalism and submit regular reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' real estate experience in Faridabad.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and lead management skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends and basic video tools.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience prioritized.
