Job Title: Real Estate Agent Dubai Projects (Mumbai-Based)

Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Mumbai-based Real Estate Agent to represent and sell our Dubai real estate projects in the Indian market. The ideal candidate must have strong connections with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners in Mumbai, along with solid knowledge of real estate regulations, property laws, and licensing requirements.

This role requires a dynamic, well-networked professional capable of driving property sales from India and closing high-value international deals.


Key Responsibilities


Promote and sell Dubai real estate projects to HNI clients, investors, and buyers in Mumbai and across India.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, brokers, and investment groups.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations related to Dubai projects.

Develop a robust pipeline of potential buyers interested in UAE properties.

Provide clients with accurate information on Dubai regulations, payment plans, market trends, and project details.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.

Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with the Dubai office for inventory updates, site visit scheduling, and client onboarding.

Handle marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns for Dubai property launches in India.


Required Qualifications & Experience


Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Mumbai.

Experience selling luxury or international real estate (Dubai experience preferred).

Strong network of HNI clients, investors, and real estate brokers.

Excellent understanding of property laws, documentation, and real estate licensing norms in India.

Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage complex negotiations.

Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver on sales targets.

Must be well-versed with CRM systems, property portals, and sales reporting tools.
