Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in New Delhi. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling luxury properties. Responsibilities include identifying potential buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the property buying, selling or renting process, preparing and presenting property listings, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts to successful closure. The role requires providing exceptional client service and maintaining knowledge of the luxury real estate market and trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property laws and regulations.
Excellent Sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong Customer Service skills to provide personalized experiences for clients.
Strong networking abilities and knowledge of the New Delhi luxury property market are beneficial.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with a professional demeanor.
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
