About the Role:
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Specialist with strong B2B field sales experience, preferably in real estate, interiors, facilities management, or allied services. The ideal candidate will have an existing and active network of property dealers and leasing brokers, and the ability to convert commercial opportunities into revenue through on-ground sales efforts.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role requiring market presence, negotiation skills, and deep understanding of commercial real estate ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B commercial sales through on-ground field sales activities
- Leverage existing relationships with property dealers, leasing brokers, and channel partners to generate leads
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for commercial clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations
- Identify new business opportunities within commercial real estate and allied service segments
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals end-to-end
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and closures using CRM tools
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B field sales experience (minimum 4+ years)
- Background in real estate / interiors / facilities management / allied services (preferred)
- Existing and active network of property dealers & leasing brokers (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client-facing roles
