Job Title: React Native Lead (IoT + GraphQL + AWS)Location: CoimbatoreExperience: 10+ years (with minimum 6 years in React Native)Role OverviewWe are seeking a React Native Lead with strong expertise in mobile app development, IoT integration, GraphQL, and AWS basics. The role involves leading a development team, collaborating with clients, managing releases, and ensuring high-quality mobile solutions. This position requires hands-on React Native expertise along with strong leadership, communication, and Agile delivery experience.Job Description - Grade SpecificKey Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end mobile app development using React Native.· Design and integrate IoT-enabled solutions with mobile applications.· Implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data access and management.· Work with AWS basics (Lambda, API Gateway, IoT Core, Cognito, DynamoDB, S3).· Manage the SDLC, release process, and CI/CD pipelines.· Use Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.· Drive Git-based workflows: branching, pull requests, merge strategy.· Conduct team code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable code.· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers; ensure on-time delivery.· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.· Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure project scalability and security.· Must work with own tickets and handle team.Required Skills & Experience· 10+ years in software development; 4–5+ years in React Native (mandatory).· Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/MobX, Hooks, Context API.· Hands-on experience with GraphQL .· Exposure to IoT protocols (MQTT, BLE, WebSockets, WiFi) and device data integration.· Familiarity with AWS basics (IoT Core, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito).· Experience in Agile methodologies, using Jira for planning & tracking.
