React Native Developer

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Development: Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms using React Native.
• Workflow: develop applications using both Expo and React Native CLI depending on project requirements.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with international clients . You must be able to articulate technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers clearly in English.
• Native Modules: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Integration: Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• State Management: Deep understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit / Context API OR similar libraries
• UI Libraries & Styling: Experience building responsive UIs using frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui. Proficiency in Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) is required.
• Similar like good to have experience with Navigation and debugging tools like Chrome debugger, Flipper etc

• Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development.
• Dual-Environment Mastery: You must be comfortable working with both Expo and Native CLI ..
• Published Apps: Must have successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please provide links in your CV.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be confident attending stand-ups and requirement-gathering calls with clients.
• While core mastery of React Native is essential, we strongly prefer candidates who have a background in React.js (Web) and Node.js (Plus point)
