Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a React Native Developer , based in Bengaluru . We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Work with native modules and integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs.
Optimize application performance and ensure smooth UI/UX across devices.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build reliable and scalable
features.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Debug and fix issues to ensure high-quality app performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
Work with tools like Expo, Redux, React Navigation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Publish apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
23 years of professional experience in React Native development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, ES6+ concepts.
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).
Familiarity with React Hooks, functional components, and modern architecture patterns.
Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
Solid understanding of debugging tools, performance profiling, and app optimization.
Knowledge of mobile build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
Experience with Git, version control, and collaborative workflows.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
