Required Information
Role- React Native Developer
Skillset- React Native
Desired Experience Range- 4-12 years
Location of Requirement - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

Hands-on experience of development and implementation of complex, multi-tiered, and distributed software applications in Core Java Technologies.

Command Over HTML ,CSS,Javascript

Experience working in Core Java / J2EE, Tomcat, Application Server, Web Services etc.

Good understanding of OOPS concept with excellent hands-on for multithreading. collections, data structures etc.

Providing architectural guidance, consultancy to development team.

Working with developers to ensure time bound quality delivery. Delegating work and assignments to team members and monitor them till delivery completion.

Providing solutions for technical issues.

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Strong in object-oriented design principles and functional programming.

Good command over any well-known IDE like Eclipse, NetBeans, STS etc.

Experience in using build tools like GIT, Maven, Ant and SonarQube.

Mentoring junior level staff and identifying issues that affect product delivery.

Collaborating with team to identify and fix technical problems.

Sound knowledge of estimation techniques
