React Frontend Engineer

About the Role

• React development for mobile and web based products in a fast-scaling healthtech company.
• Take initiative and drive execution from day one were hiring immediately.
• Work Location: Bangalore (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web) interfaces
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind and Angular
• Interpret product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code
• Own and drive system architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal team to align tech roadmap with timelines
• Contribute to building internal tech culture and, eventually, mentor or grow a small team

Experience & Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience in react and react native development
• Strong proficiency in React.js, React Native and TypeScript
• Familiarity with AWS and secure cloud-first deployments
• Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7/FHIR standards
