React + Figma Developer

Were looking for an experienced React + Figma Developer to join our team for a 6-month contractual engagement. This is an on-site, client-facing role based in Bangalore , where you'll actively contribute to a high-visibility digital product initiative.

Role Overview

As a React + Figma Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces. Youll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate concepts and Figma designs into polished, production-ready UI experiences.

Must Have skills

• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Advanced proficiency with React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
• Excellent understanding of JSX and component-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Functional Components & Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext)
• Strong grasp of state, props, and state lifting
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Familiarity with React Testing Library
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, reusable components
• Knowledge of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility

Good to have

• Experience with Angular
• Familiarity with state management tools like Zustand or Recoil
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest , RTL)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable UI using React
• Work closely with designers to convert Figma mockups into production-quality interfaces
• Integrate APIs and ensure optimal performance across the UI layer
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues
• Follow modern frontend architecture standards and best practices
