React Developer - 4 + years - Immediate Joiners

About the Role

We are building a next-gen AI-native engineering team leveraging Vibe Coding, an AI-first development workflow powered by intelligent pair programming agents (Claude Code, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot). As a Senior UI Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize highly scalable, performant, and intuitive user interfaces that power AI-driven workflows, real-time insights, and data-intensive applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 4 years of experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in developing Enterprise applications using React JS, Next JS, HTML, modular CSS, Javascript, libraries, components and frameworks.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI)
• Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.
• Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPagetest, or custom tooling.
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure), CICD, DevOps, Kubernetes, Agile Methodology.
• Strong understanding of design techniques and software principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues
• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting as well as individually.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with external teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our product, design, architects, development lead, and UX teams to create amazing and intuitive UI experiences
• Build customizable, reusable, accessible cross-platform, and dynamic frontend components using React JS, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS/Express JS, Next JS, HTML, and CSS.
• Document and develop best practices for the development, and deployment of applications, and works with members to foster growth within the team.
• Participate in medium complex and cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Build high-quality code by conducting unit testing and enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
