R&D-Process Development (DSP)

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products.
• Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification.
• Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies.
• Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports.
• Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.
• Responsible for implementation of new strategies for improving existing product.
• Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.
• Scale-up of downstream process model.

Qualifications

• M.Sc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech Biotechnology, Life Sciences.
• 3- 8 Years of experience in R&D, Process Development, Downstream process.
• Knowledge of plasma , biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
