Key Skills & Requirements:

Extensive experience in RDK-V middleware development, including components for media, device management, or similar video middleware platforms

Strong grasp of architecture design principles and system-level thinking

Proven leadership in Agile development environments with the ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams

Proficiency in C++ programming with significant exposure to embedded Linux development

Familiarity with Yocto build systems and deep system-level Linux expertise (debugging, performance tuning)

Ability to lead technical teams, resolve complex challenges, and ensure architecture alignment

Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations, act as a bridge between customer and offshore teams, and build customer confidence
