About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, assay development, PCR/RT-PCR methodologies, and clean room facility operations, with exposure to IVD (in vitro diagnostics) product development and manufacturing. This role will contribute to the design, development, and validation of innovative molecular diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct R&D activities in molecular biology, PCR/RT-PCR, and assay development.

Work on IVD product development from concept to validation.

Ensure compliance with clean room facility guidelines and maintain high standards of laboratory practices.

Perform experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing for product scale-up.

Prepare technical reports and SOPs and maintain detailed records of research findings.

Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Required Skills & Experience

37 years of experience in molecular biology, assay development, and PCR/RT-PCR techniques.

Hands-on experience with IVD manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of clean room facility operations and laboratory best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Good understanding of regulatory requirements in IVD/medical device development.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences (or related field).
