Responsibilities

• Lead new product development for Home Care products.
• Develop and optimize powder, liquid, and gel formulations meeting quality, safety, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards , documentation, and stability testing.
• Drive cost optimization and manage raw material availability.
• Apply advanced formulation technologies and monitor market/competitive trends.
• Manage laboratory operations , equipment, and research programs.
• Execute R&D projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with and oversee third-party manufacturers .
• Train and supervise R&D staff .

Desired Profile

• 610 years of experience in Home, Personal, or Skin Care formulations .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with large-scale batches (5 tons+) and third-party manufacturing.
• Ability to monitor quality, resolve issues, and drive innovation.
