Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site R&D Intern position based in Mumbai. In this role, the intern will assist in the development of innovative snack products by carrying out research, testing, and experimentation with ingredients and recipes. The key responsibilities include maintaining laboratory workflows, conducting sensory evaluations, and analyzing data to refine product formulations. Collaboration with the team to improve current products and ensure quality is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Food Technology, Culinary Science, or related fields
• Strong foundation in Baking and Culinary.
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize product formulations
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and report writing
• Hands on Skills for Trials and optimization of new product
• An innovative mindset and passion for developing creative snack solutions.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in the food and beverages industry is beneficial
