R&D Executive - Hair Care

Job Responsibilities:

• Experiment design and proto-type development, evaluation and ability to take decisions on findings
• Documentation of data and writing technical report
• Continuous improve formulation by optimizing the ingredients.
• Research for new and more efficient technologies.
• Dealing with internal and external customer.
• Perform stability tests on the finished products and maintain their records.
• Develop in-house protocols for product evaluation by various technical and sensory methods
• Lead the scale up/ pilot studies and plant trials, create the manufacturing SOP for the products using the learning from the scale up studies.

Qualification & Experience:

• B Pharm/ M pharm, BSc/MSc/B.Tech/M.Tech/Chemistry, Chem engineering with 5-8 years of hands-on formulation development experience of Hair Oil, shampoos, conditioners, serums, Skin care etc. Experience in process development / technology transfer of personal care products would be preferred.
