Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our Power Electronics Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and testing power electronics products, specifically inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Duties

• Develop and design power electronic circuits and systems for inverters and UPS.
• Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD software.
• Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Implement design modifications based on test results and feedback.
• Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to integrate control algorithms.
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and product certifications.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time product launches.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and oversee production.

Qualifications

• B TECH in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and developing power electronics products, particularly inverters and UPS.
• Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB design (e.g., Altium Or CAD).
• Strong understanding of power electronic components and their applications.
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for circuit analysis.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, UL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range - 30,000- 40,000 per month
