Job Description
- Monitor and attend CBG.UE email ID.
- Communicate details of Unusual Events (UE) to stakeholders through the CBG.UE email ID.
- Coordinate with the respective initiator to gather detailed information for clarity and reporting of UE.
- Prepare the final draft of the incident report.
- Share the draft with the reporting authority for approval.
- Upon receiving approval, release the incident report to the respective business unit and stakeholders.
- Initiate coordination with the RCU team to obtain the investigation report related to the UE.
- Send UE details and follow up with EWS, TPA, HR, and other concerned stakeholders for additional inputs and updates (e.g., SCN, RO, MOM, Police Complaint).
- Update and report the final status of the UE (Fraud / Non-Fraud / RFA & Non-RFA).
- Prepare the Modus Operandi summary for quarterly final status reporting to stakeholders.
- Respond to emails received from Aishwarya R. S (ORM Team) regarding details of RCU Investigation Officer / Initiator.
- Handle non-provision cases.
- Maintain UE MIS and related documents.
- Publishing learning series on weekly basis.
- Follow up on pending cases.
- Follow up for additional documents required by the Vigilance Department for RBI reporting.
- Enter all UE details in the Excel tracker for record-keeping and timely monitoring.
