Role Summary

Telecom data specialist with strong SQL and GIS experience to ensure ATOLL database integrity and planning data accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years telecom data engineering or GIS experience
• Experience supporting RAN planning teams
• Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, data validation)
• Telecom site database handling experience
• GIS tools exposure
• Experience supporting planning tool data workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and validate RAN site database
• Import and validate site database into ATOLL
• Maintain topology and parameter consistency
• Manage clutter and terrain layers
• Perform SQL-based validation checks
• Support ATOLL data import/export
• Perform SQL-based data validation
• Coordinate with RAN engineers for dataset corrections
• Maintain version-controlled data repository

Required Technical Skills

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Telecom site database handling
• GIS tools exposure
• Terrain and clutter modelling understanding
• Data cleansing and validation experience

Excel and data reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ATOLL projects
• Exposure to ATOLL data import workflows
• Terrain and clutter modelling expertise
• Large operator database experience
