Role Overview

The Rajasthan Head Digital will be responsible for leading digital operations, driving content performance, and accelerating regional digital growth for Patrika.com Digital. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of regional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all digital operations for Patrika.com within the region.
• Drive content strategy and performance across website, app, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and optimize key digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with editorial, social media, video, and tech teams to ensure high-quality and timely content delivery.
• Identify regional trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities to strengthen digital presence.
• Oversee regional digital campaigns, special projects, and event coverage.
• Ensure alignment of regional digital initiatives with the overall Patrika Digital strategy.
• Mentor and manage regional digital teams to improve productivity and performance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital media platforms, analytics, and content ecosystems.
• Experience in regional or vernacular digital media (Hindi preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience in digital media, content management, or regional digital leadership.
• Prior experience in managing regional digital operations is highly preferred.
