Work youll do

As Deputy Manager in our Basel implementation squad, youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Accountabilities:_x000D_
Responsible for reviewing the capital / RWA computation for the Banks / NBFCs in line with_x000D_
regulatory requirements_x000D_
Development / Enhancement / Review of ICAAP_x000D_
Pillar I and Pillar II risk quantification_x000D_
Enterprise stress testing_x000D_
Assist in technology implementation (For eg. OFSAA module for CAPAD) for CAPAD, ICAAP_x000D_
and other risk types_x000D_
Be part of the team to assist the client in designing the strategies to optimize the capital,_x000D_
balance sheet optimization_x000D_
Assist in reviewing/ enhancing and developing the stress testing framework along with_x000D_
calculations and impact on profitability and capital_x000D_
Contribute to broader projects involving capital management expertise, such as_x000D_
counterparty credit risk, ICAAP, Stress Test, risk based performance measurement_x000D_
techniques, etc_x000D_
Requirement:_x000D_
2-8 years of hand-on experience with Capital adequacy, RWA calculation, CAPAD reporting,_x000D_
ICAAP, Stress testing_x000D_
Have regulatory knowledge in the context of Basel II/III, ICAAP, SACCR, etc._x000D_
Qualifications_x000D_
CA/MBA/Similar along with FRM (preferred)_x000D_
Location -Mumbai_x000D_
Work mode - Hybrid
