Course Overview

This course introduces students to R Programming for Data Analysis, focusing on developing strong practical skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization using R.

Students will learn how to work with datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, apply statistical techniques, and communicate insights using visualizations. The course emphasizes hands-on coding sessions, real datasets, and analytical thinking.

By the end of the course, students should be able to import, clean, analyze, visualize, and interpret data using R programming tools and libraries.

• Experience working with data analysis or statistical modeling projects
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
• Ability to explain programming concepts clearly to beginner-level students

• Weekly Teaching Load: Approximately 68 hours
• Mode: On-campus teaching in Pune (Garware College)
• Faculty may also be required to:
• Prepare assignments and coding exercises
