Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, possess strong communication skills, experience with complete software development lifecycle, proven experience working with SCRUM and other AGILE development methodologies, experience in reporting and end user support.

Able to lead a team with strong people management skills, to deliver the value, expected from the team.  The team manager is expected to define and implement both long term and short-term strategies, for the team, as per the overall organization strategy. Very good awareness on the process side, such as Scrum / Agile, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is an added advantage, along with capabilities in Operational Excellence. 

The team manager shall be responsible for continuous development, appraisal, and career planning of team members, in line with the organizational requirements. Strategies shall be formulated for the team, to complement the value to be delivered, continuously. Processes shall be defined and implemented for the activities and deliverables. Ensure quality and timely deliverables, collaborating and coordinating with all concerned teams and organizations, both internal and external, as per the projects and products plans.
