Job Description:

Electronics Product Data Responsibility

 - Ensure that the product data set (i.e.. Product structure in TeamCenter, PCBs, PCBAs, units, cables etc.) is prepared correct, complete, and required quality.

- Initiate ECOs, temporary/permanent deviations, rework instructions

- Be part of/organize DRM/DFM meetings by bringing the designer into the job

- In any step if a change is made such that the design is affected , be sure that the designer control/approval is not skipped

 Internal / External Sharepoint Sites

 - Admin responsibility for Internal / External Sharepoint Sites: defining access rights, ensure product data management (i.e. configuration, completeness, integrity, etc)

- Ensure that EMS get only the data they need in time and with required quality

- Ensure the right folder structure is created and maintained

EMS coordination

 - Organize the periodic follow up meetings with EMS (Electronics Manufacturers)

- Follow up implementation of new designs, changes, approved deviations and rework
