Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quilting & Embroidery Manager located in Karur. The Quilting & Embroidery Manager will oversee daily operations related to quilting and embroidery production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the design and execution of embroidery and quilting projects, supervising a team of skilled professionals, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also involves quality checks and identifying opportunities for process improvement to optimise efficiency and creativity in production.

• Strong expertise in quilting techniques, embroidery processes, and fabric selection
• Experience in team management, project coordination, and meeting production deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design conceptualisation and execution
• Knowledge of embroidery and quilting tools, techniques, and machine operations
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to client customization requests and emerging trends
• A degree or certification in textile design, embroidery, or a related field is a plus
