QuickBooks Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking to engage a QuickBooks Consultant with strong experience in accounts clean-up, review, and reconciliation. The consultant will support ongoing and legacy client accounts by identifying discrepancies, correcting entries, and ensuring books are accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform QuickBooks accounts clean-up for existing client books

Review and correct chart of accounts, postings, and classifications

Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations

Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicate entries, and posting errors

Review AR/AP balances and ageing

Maintain proper documentation of changes made

Eligibility & Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

Proven experience in accounts clean-up and review

Good understanding of accounting fundamentals

Prior experience working with accounting or taxation firms preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and good communication skills
