Quick Commerce Manager (Nutrition/ Treats)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic Quick Commerce Manager to lead and manage Brand presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.). This role will oversee day-to-day operations, partner relationships, inventory planning, catalogue optimization, and performance monitoring to drive revenue, availability, and brand visibility.

Manage end-to-end operations with quick commerce partners.

Drive strong relationships with category managers, platform reps, and operations teams.

Negotiate visibility, listings, promotions, and platform collaborations.

Ensure healthy stock levels across partner dark stores/warehouses.

Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse teams, and demand planners for timely replenishment.

Monitor fill rates, OOS percentages, and supply accuracy.

Oversee listing hygiene, pricing accuracy, content uploads, and product visibility.

Ensure assortment optimization as per platform insights and sales trends.

Coordinate for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and hero SKU management.

Track daily/weekly sales, ROAS, cancellations, and operational metrics.

Analyze platform data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Own revenue targets and growth roadmap for quick commerce.

Coordinate for marketing spends, platform campaigns, and monthly business plans.

Drive execution of promotional calendars and visibility assets.

Good to have:

25 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce Operations, supply chain, or operations roles.

Experience working with platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, or similar is preferred.

Bachelors degree; MBA is a plus

Strong understanding of quick commerce operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination & partner platforms.
