She is joined by Manu Sharma, a Chartered Accountant and startup specialist whose personal journey with juvenile diabetes fuels his commitment to clean-label, low-sugar nutrition. Role Purpose
The Quick Commerce Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility across Q. Comm platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart through strategic ad management and seamless inventory health.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manages end-to-end advertisement campaigns for Quick Commerce channels (strategizing, development, and delivery) in coordination with external agencies.
Analyses spending and sales performance on Quick Commerce platforms relative to allocated budgets.
Ensures correct listings, high-quality images, and accurate descriptions across all Quick Commerce channels.
Deploys and discusses monthly budgets for all platforms, strategically dividing them into discount offers, keyword bidding, and banner placements.
Monitors Open POs (Purchase Orders) to ensure timely delivery and inventory fulfilment.
Maintains healthy front-end availability (fill rates) across all Quick Commerce platforms to minimize out-of-stock instances.
Applies data analytics to optimize the matrix of impressions, CTRs (Click-Through Rates), and conversion rates.
Evaluates geographic sales data to identify dark store-level performance gaps and recommends hyper-local marketing interventions.
Drives the digital experience in support of marketing campaigns, including user experience, digital assets, and demand tactics like offer management.
Owns and manages agency and vendor relationships to support integrated program plans, including paid media, live person interactions, and SEO.
Measures the effectiveness of demand generation activities and adapts campaigns as necessary to deliver higher-quality responses and improved conversion rates.
Oversees WhatsApp and Email retention campaigns with the team and manages automated customer journeys with WhatsApp vendors.
Coordinates with the supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs during peak demand periods or high-traffic sale events (like "Stock Up" days).
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduation in a relevant degree is mandatory (MBA preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Performance Marketing or E-commerce Management (experience in D2C/ FMCG sector preferred)
Prior experience managing dashboards for platforms like Blinkit (Ad-manager), Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart is highly desirable.
