About Us

The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C brand offering high-quality wellness and personal care products. We are hiring a hands-on experience in running ads, managing marketing spends, optimizing ACOS/ROAS, and handling high daily order volumes. We are looking for a performance-driven Quick Commerce Executive to manage and scale our brand presence across leading quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quick commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart
• Run Ads and optimize platform advertising and marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and promotional spends effectively
• Optimize ACOS / ROAS to drive profitable growth
• Handle high daily order volumes and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, visibility, and growth opportunities
• Ensure inventory planning and product availability across platforms
• Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Ecommerce / Quick Commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart platforms
• Experience running ads and managing marketing spends on quick commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, and performance marketing
• Experience handling large daily order volumes and platform operations
• Prior experience with D2C brands (Skincare / Beauty preferred)
