We are looking for a data-driven Quick Commerce Ads Specialist who understands how to scale brands on quick commerce and similar marketplaces through structured ad strategy, deep analytics, and revenue-focused execution.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end quick commerce advertising strategy and performance optimization across multiple platforms. This role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG ecosystem.
If you understand ROAS, contribution margin, inventory velocity, search share, retail media bidding, and platform algorithmsthis role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Quick Commerce Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on all major quick commerce websites and other retail media networks
- Manage sponsored search, banner ads, category ads, keyword bidding and visibility campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and sales velocity
- Drive top-of-search visibility and category ranking improvements
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Scale revenue through structured ad funnels and seasonal promotions
- Improve organic ranking through paid boost strategies
- Align ad spend with inventory planning and supply chain availability
- Work closely with sales and operations to avoid stock-outs and dead inventory
Data & Analytics
- Analyze platform dashboards, SKU-level performance, and campaign metrics
- Build weekly performance reports covering ROAS, revenue contribution, and profitability
- Identify high-potential SKUs and hero products for scaling
- Track competitor pricing, discounting patterns, and promotional trends
SKU & Category Optimization
- Improve product listing visibility through keyword strategy and search term mapping
- Optimize product titles, keywords, creatives, and conversion triggers
- Manage pricing strategy in coordination with contribution margins
Marketplace Strategy
- Plan visibility boosts during mega sale events and high-traffic days
- Coordinate new product launches with ad acceleration strategy
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize incremental growth
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of experience in Quick Commerce Ads / Retail Media Ads / Marketplace Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with all major quick commerce websites preferred
- Strong background in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG categories
- Understanding of contribution margin, pricing strategy, and discount structuring
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and delivering ROAS targets
- Ability to interpret performance data and take decisive action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C beauty brands
- Exposure to Amazon/Flipkart ads in addition to quick commerce
- Knowledge of FMCG category dynamics and consumer buying behavior
- Strong understanding of retail media algorithms and sponsored search ranking
