Job Description
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgetary proposals
- Assist in tender preparation and evaluation
- Measure work executed at site as per approved drawings
- Prepare and verify RA bills and final bills of contractors
- Certify quantities as per contract conditions
- Monitor project costs and compare with approved budgets
- Identify cost overruns and propose cost-saving measures
- Maintain cost reports and cash flow statements
- Handle extra items, deviations, and variation orders
- Prepare rate analysis for non-BOQ items
- Maintain variation and change order records
- Prepare final measurement sheets and settlement statements
- Assist in contract closure and reconciliation
