Job Description:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets

Handle RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing

Quantity take-off from GFC drawings

Monitor project cost, variations, and cash flow

Manage contract administration, claims & variations

Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams

Evaluate tenders and vendor quotations

Prepare MIS & cost reports

Education:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile:

510 years experience in Construction projects

Experience in Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure projects

Strong analytical and communication skills
