Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

• Responsible for handling two (2) sites by managing costs, measurements, and billing activities of a construction project to
• ensure financial control, accuracy, and contractual compliance from project start to completion with quantity take-offs,
• preparation and verification of bills, cost monitoring, variation management, and coordination with site teams, & HO teams,
• ensuring timely payments and effective cost control

Key Responsibilities

• Take-off quantities for civil, finishing, and MEP works
• Verify executed quantities at site as per drawings and specifications
• Verify subcontractor bills based on actual site progress
• Check bills as per contract conditions, BOQ rates, and approvals
• Coordinate with site engineers for work completion certification
• Track project cost vs budget
• Prepare cost comparison statements
• Identify variations and extra items
• Assist in cost forecasting and cash flow planning
• Prepare monthly cost reports and billing status reports
• Support audits and internal reviews
• Track BGs and maintain records

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE / B tech in Civil Engineer
• Experience should be mandatory in high rise residentials buildings.
