Job Description
Hiring Alert: Quantity Surveyor - (Interior Fitout)
Position : Quantity Surveyor - (Interior Fitout)
Location : Dahisar East.
Experience Required : Must have 5-10 years of experience in Interior Fitout
Key Responsibilities :
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting. Preparing detailed cost plans, material take-offs, and project budgets from shop drawings.
- Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Financial Control. Monitoring project costs, cash flow, and preparing progress reports to ensure financial viability.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Stakeholder Communication. Collaborating with designers, and onsite teams.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree.
Desired Skills : Financial Monitoring, Cost Estimation.
