Our client is a high-performing quant trading firm looking to grow its presence in Indian markets. They are seeking experienced traders with deep exposure to NSE and/or BSE and a strong understanding of market structure. Multiple teams are hiring across HFT and non-HFT strategies, with flexibility for candidates with global market exposure.

The Role Quantitative Trader | Delhi

This is a core trading role focused on strategy development, execution, and risk management in Indias leading exchanges. Youll be empowered to take ownership of your book and drive performance end to end.

Purpose and Priorities:

• Build, test, and deploy high-frequency or discretionary trading strategies
• Focus on NSE, BSE, and optionally global markets
• Leverage internal research tools and infra for performance improvement

Performance and Accountability:

• Own PnL and execution
• Collaborate across teams for alpha enhancement
• Maintain best practices in risk and compliance

The Profile Your Expertise

Experience, Ability and Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years of total trading experience
• 2+ years for HFT
• Deep experience in NSE or BSE; global markets are a bonus
• Strong coding and data skills (C++/Python ideal)
• Degree in a technical/quantitative field
