Job Summary: As a Quantitative Analytics Analyst within the Remediation & Corrections team, you will identify, classify, and resolve customer impacts from operational disruptions at JP Morgan Chase. You will address affected customers by recalculating finance charges and processing account adjustments. Your role requires motivation, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use SAS & SQL to query databases and identify correction populations.
  • Ensure analytics accuracy and support validation teams.
  • Automate repetitive analytics steps using SAS macros or other tools.
  • Develop skills in languages like Python and deepen data knowledge.
  • Deliver analytical requirements per "requirements documents."
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand case contexts.
  • Translate high-level requirements into actionable analytics steps.
  • Drive analytics and insights to resolve customer impacts.
  • Manage customer issues comprehensively.
  • Provide best-in-class analytics to stakeholders.
  • Support project closure and ensure correct data supply.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Utilize SAS and another programming language like Python or SQL.
  • Query data from multiple sources, considering null values.
  • Identify insights and anomalies within data.
  • Translate plain English requirements into codes.
  • Drive analytical insights from data.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Transition efficiently across topics and disciplines.
  • Multi-task and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrate dedication and strong work ethic.

  • Understand data infrastructure in financial services.
  • Possess JPMC Product or Database knowledge.
