·                Should be 5+ years of experience. 

·                Should be an expert in Quantexa product skills, Azure Data Engineering, Scala technical skills. 

·                Must have understanding of how AML and Transaction monitoring process . 

·                Must have domain knowledge in Banking, AML, Detecting financial Crime. 

·                Prior experience in customer facing engagement is required. 

·                Translate Business & IT requirements into User Stories for Development Team. 

·                Good Technological base with AML knowledge & Solution Design skills. 

·                Good communication skills. 

·                Good presentation skills. 

·                Should be ready to groom colleagues on Quantexa, Azure Data skills. 

·                Proactive mindset with an attitude of continuous learning and improvement. 

·                Team player with strong communication skills.
